License grant
When you purchase a Manifestable digital planner, Manifestable grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and personalize it for their own planning.
What you may do
- Write in, annotate, duplicate supported template pages, and organize custom sections for personal use.
- Import the planner and included stickers into compatible apps on your own devices.
- Keep private working and backup copies for your own use.
What is not included
- Reselling, sublicensing, gifting, or sharing access, planner files, stickers, or source files.
- Redistributing individual graphics, layouts, or assets from the product.
- Using the planner or its assets for client work, commercial services, or derivative products.
- Claiming the underlying planner design as your own intellectual property.
Ownership
You retain rights to the original content you add. Manifestable and its licensors retain their rights in the planner, layouts, original copy, stickers, and included design assets. A purchase transfers a license, not ownership of the source design.
Platform terms
Your use of Goodnotes, compatible note-taking apps, iOS Shortcuts, and any third-party service is also subject to that service’s terms. The license included with your order controls if it expressly differs from this page.
